Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer-support@ghazallah-store.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
If you choose to exchange your item, we will send you a replacement once the returned item is received.
